School in Turin
A school like a small town. The main idea behind the project for the refurbishment of the junior high school “Enrico Fermi” is
to redefine the border between learning space and surrounding physical context through a new access, while creating a new image for the existing building. The spaces enclosed within the new boundary work as a continuous extension of the space of action at the different floors, becoming space where things can happen indipendently of strict functional separations.
